Upload documents

Documents arrive where work already lives - a matter, a job, a claim file - not a separate "AI inbox" nobody remembers. Staff upload PDF or DOCX (and common office formats you agree in the brief). Permissions follow the parent record: if you cannot open the matter, you cannot send its files to a model. That sentence is the product.

Extract information

Extraction means dates, parties, amounts, reference numbers, and other fields you name - from text that is readable enough to process. Scanned pages need OCR as a prior step when the pixels are the only copy. Output is a draft table or structured fields on the record, not a silent write into the ledger. A person confirms before anything becomes official.

Ask questions

Questions are answered from the documents in scope, with the file name used as a source. If the files do not contain the answer, the draft says so. We refuse a mode that browses other clients' papers or the open internet to sound confident. Grounded answers beat fluent guesses.

Summarise documents

Summaries are short drafts for staff who already know how to read the file. They shorten the first pass; they do not replace judgment. The summary stays in the system as an editable draft. There is no "send to client" button on the model output. That button is how a confident wrong sentence becomes your letter.

Search documents

Search means finding the right file or passage inside a known set - a matter, a project, a folder with permissions - not inventing a second Google for your company. Hybrid search (keywords plus embeddings) is common when the pile is large. Ranking must respect access control. A search that leaks another branch's files is a failure, not a feature.

AI document research

Research here means comparing several documents in scope: what changed between versions, which dates conflict, which clause is missing from the checklist you supplied. It is not unsupervised legal or medical advice. The checklist and the definition of "done" stay yours. The model proposes; a person signs.

Modify documents

Modify means suggested edits: shorten a paragraph, rewrite in plain English, fill a template from extracted fields. Changes appear as a draft the user can accept, reject, or rewrite. We do not silently overwrite the only signed copy. Version history stays with the document store you already run.

Generate documents

Generation is template-first: a letter, a note, a summary pack, built from fields and passages you approved. Hallucinated citations and invented clause numbers are treated as defects. Where the firm has house style, we encode it. Where it does not, we will not invent a tone that sounds like another company.

PDF and DOCX processing

Most business piles are PDF and DOCX. Processing includes text extraction, optional OCR for scans, chunking for long bundles, and keeping a pointer back to the source page or paragraph when we can. Fancy formats without a business reason wait for a later slice. Fix the money file types first.

Business document automation

Automation is the path after the draft is trusted: route for review, save beside the file, log what left the building, remind a human. It is ordinary workflow with an AI step in the middle - the same honesty as our business process automation writing. If you only wanted a demo that pastes into ChatGPT, you do not need us. Is this a SaaS product I can buy today? The assistant is usually built into your system or a controlled portal. Packaged demos are not the default. Talk to us about a first slice on your files.

Where do files go? Into the store and region you agree in writing. Consumer chat boxes are not the store.

Can it handle Malayalam or bilingual files? Say so in the brief. Language support is a test on your real scans, not a slogan.
