What to send
Send one sentence about the job, and one example of how the work happens today. The sentence is the outcome you want: the order, the invoice, the appointment, the document. The example is something you can point at. A spreadsheet. A WhatsApp thread. A screen in Tally. A page on the site you already have. You do not need a specification, a budget, or a diagram. If you have them, attach them. If you do not, the sentence is enough for a useful reply.
A first message that is enough looks like this. “Orders come in on WhatsApp, stock sits in a spreadsheet, and Tally only sees the invoice at month end. We want one place that shows whether we can promise the date.” From that we can tell whether you need a small system, a change to a product you already pay for, or nothing yet.
You do not need to choose the technology before you write. Name the job. Whether it becomes a website, a portal, or a change to the system you already run is a later decision, made after we have seen the example. The first conversation is there to name a first slice, not to sell a platform.
What happens next
We read messages on weekdays, 9:00 to 18:00 IST. The reply is not a proposal. It is the next question: what you use now, what has to stay, and what “done” means for a first slice. If the job is ordinary and a product already does it, we will say buy. If the job is the way your firm works, we will describe the first slice in a sentence. If we are the wrong studio, we will say that too.
